We consider it of utmost importance to inform our customers of the terms and conditions of CNC Tools LLC to avoid misunderstandings when making a purchase with us.
If you are considering making a purchase with us please read the terms and conditions set forth below. We aim to protect the integrity of both parties, and in this way provide a satisfactory service to our customers.
PAYMENTS
Payments must be received within 7 days after sale has been processed and equipment will be shipped upon receiving payment. We accept PayPal, Credit Card, Bank Transfer, Check and/or Cash.
RESPONSIBILITIES
CNC Tools LLC is not liable for any personal injury or property damage resulting from the use of the equipment. Buyer is responsible for the proper installation of the product, it is necessary that the product be installed by a specialized technician. Buyer is also responsible for the safe handling & operation of the equipment and to verify equipment is in compliance with their machinery.
RETURNS
Contact us within the first 7 days after receiving the item if you wish to return it. After receiving item, we will exchange for a similar item if in stock. There may be an additional 20% restocking fee if the customer decides not to accept the exchange of the item. Items returned must be received by us and in the same conditions items were sent. If the item has been installed or tampered with after being determined to be unnecessary, no returns will be accepted. We will not cover the original shipping nor return. Buyer has 30 days to return item to receive a full refund.
